PartyPoker's software is stable and pretty good from a practical point of view. You won’t find anything fancy but it gets the job done.
The software is somewhat lacking when it comes to game statistic. The statistics on your
personal play is also limited but actually works quite well.
Players who play more tables at once will like the option to resize the poker tables.
Bonus/loyalty program score: 3.0
PartyPoker often offer players re-deposit promotions, typically 15%-25% up to $100.
The Players Club lets you earn points that can be used to buy tournament entries of a wide range of merchandise – the more you play the faster you earn points.
Apart from these PartyPoker has a lot of signature events (The PartyPoker Million, Win a Ferrari etc.)
PartyPoker do offer players some nice incentives but compared to other sites their bonus and loyalty program really isn’t all that good.

PartyPoker has specialized in limit Holdem tournaments but also offers many no-limit tournaments as well as other poker variants.
Many tournaments have a huge amount of participants (1000-4000) which subtracts a little from our rating and the fact that PartyPoker almost never offer tournaments with overlay or added prizes also subtracts from the rating.

Party Poker is one of the world's top sites in cash game traffic with about 9.000 players at peak time.
The competition level is very mixed since new players keep coming to the site and many seasoned ones stay. Expect fairly easy competion in limit games up to $5/10 and no-limit games up to $2/4 and a lot tougher competion at higher levels. For those of you who like other poker variants than Texas Holdem PartyPoker is good because of the huge cash game traffic.

Rake: 1.5
PartyPoker's rake isn’t attractive, especially if you like playing low limit games.
The rake can go as high as 10% $1/$2 games and in the smaller tournaments it can actually go to 20% for a $5 tournament. The rake gets to the industry standard as the levels get higher for both cash games and tournaments.
